INGREDIENTS. Made with pasteurised sheep's milk, salt, acidity corrector E-509, preservative E-1105 (egg derivative), rennet and lactic ferments. It is matured for a minimum of 105 days.
Storage conditions: Between 2ºC and 8ºC
Shelf life: 365 days.
